From the CTO’s Desk 🖥️
This week, I’ve been reflecting on the paradoxes of AI and GenAI adoption at scale. While boardrooms are captivated by the promise of generative AI, the reality is that many ambitious internal projects are running into roadblocks-be it infrastructure, talent, or simply the “last mile” of integration with legacy systems. The lesson? As leaders, we must balance vision with pragmatism: prioritize off-the-shelf solutions where they deliver value, invest in upskilling our teams, and never lose sight of the foundational infrastructure that powers true innovation. The winners will be those who can turn hype into sustainable, repeatable outcomes-without losing their appetite for experimentation.
